Kimberley & Pilbara

Kimberley and Pilbara Trip List 2013-14

Latest update: 16 May 2013.

All our Kimberley tours depart from Kununurra. Our getting here page explains how to get to Kununurra. Our accommodation and things to do page tells you where you can stay and explains other things you can do in town.

Our Karijini Pilbara tours depart from Tom Price. For information about getting to Tom Price and where to stay when you arrive, see our getting here and accommodation pages.

Details of Kimberley trips may need to be changed to fit park and station management needs that arise from time to time.

See full abbreviations, levels of difficulty or pass mouse over code to see short descriptions.

Click on trips listed in red for additional information. Most will require Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Every trip is different. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about a particular trip.

Many of the trip notes have not yet been updated for 2013. Other than the dates, they should still give a good picture of the trip. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Prices. Most of the 2013 prices listed below those we charged in 2012 or earlier. Costs have risen so most of the prices will rise. However, anyone booking and paying a deposit before a price rise is announced will pay the old price on a trip where we provide all the transport and a price midway between the old and the new on a trip where we charter transport.

The wet season. Kimberley trips from January through sometime in March or April take place during the wet season. Find out more about the wet season and why local bushwalkers enjoy it.

2013

Note. All 2013 trips listed below are a draft based on previous years and are subject to change. Some of the prices and trip notes have been updated for 2013. Some have not. Even where the notes have not yet been updated, they should, however, give you a good idea what you can expect.
